Who we are
Audry Matadi - Founder Malakite Sportsmanagement

Audry Matadi is a FIFA Licensed Football Agent with Belgian nationality and Congolese roots, based in Breda. He is the founder of Malakite Sportsmanagement, operating across Belgium and the Netherlands, and is officially registered as a licensed agent with FIFA, The FA (England), KNVB (Netherlands), and the Flemish Government.

Audry represents a —strategic, modern, and player-focused mindset. His approach is built on a simple principle: the player remains in control of their career. As an agent, Audry sees his role as a trusted guide—someone who offers clarity, expertise, and direction while respecting the player’s ambitions and decisions.

With a Master of Law and a Master in Sports Management from the Johan Cruyff Institute, Audry brings a powerful combination of legal insight and industry-specific knowledge to every partnership. Where necessary, he works with a network of trusted professionals in areas such as finance, taxation, legal advisory, and mental and physical performance coaching.
Audry has a keen eye for talent, backed by experience in scouting, video analysis, player profiling, and market research. He provides end-to-end support, including career planning, resume building, and club outreach. Each collaboration is tailored, personal, and built on mutual respect.

Prior to his transition into football representation, Audry held senior roles in digital transformation and sports business across Europe.
He led projects at international organisations throughout Europe and various sectors, sharpening his skills in communication, negotiation, and high-level project delivery.
He operates fluently in Dutch, French, and English, and thrives in international environments where precision, professionalism, and integrity are non-negotiable making delivering added value in a consulting role for sports organisations.
